Notifications

The notification bell icon is in the top-right header of every page. A red badge shows your unread notification count (up to “99+”).

Click the bell to open the notification dropdown.

The dropdown shows your recent notifications, newest first. Each notification includes:

  • Icon — type-specific (star for deals, person for contacts, file for notes/activities)
  • Message — description of what happened
  • Time — relative time (e.g., “3 minutes ago”)

Unread notifications have a highlighted background. Read notifications have a transparent background.

  • Click a notification — marks it as read and navigates to the related entity
  • Mark All Read — button in the dropdown header, clears all unread badges

Notifications refresh automatically every 30 seconds while you’re using the CRM.
