Managing Deals
Kanban view
Section titled “Kanban view”The default view for deals is a Kanban board where each column represents a pipeline stage and each card is a deal.
Pipeline selector: Use the dropdown at the top to switch between pipelines.
Deal cards show:
- Deal title
- Value (in your workspace currency)
- Contact name
- Expected close date
- Activity indicator dot:
- Green — you have an activity due today
- Grey — you have an upcoming activity
- Red — you have an overdue activity
- No dot — no scheduled activities
Move a deal between stages
Section titled “Move a deal between stages”Drag and drop a card from one column to another.
When you drop a deal on a terminal stage (Won or Lost), a close deal modal appears — see Deal Details for the close flow.
Create a deal from the Kanban
Section titled “Create a deal from the Kanban”Click + New in the header to create a deal:
- Deal Title (required)
- Value — deal amount
- Contact — link to an existing contact
- Company — link to an existing company
- Probability (0–100%)
- Expected Close — date picker
- Stage — which stage the deal starts in
List view
Section titled “List view”Click the List View toggle to switch to a table view with columns:
- Deal Title — with tags
- Value — formatted currency
- Stage
- Contact
- Expected Close
- Status — badge showing Open (blue), Won (green), or Lost (red)
- Created At
The list view supports:
- Sorting by column
- Filter by type and status
- Export to CSV
- Pagination (25 per page by default)
