Detail page layout
Section titled “Detail page layout”When you click on a contact, you’ll see their full profile:
Header section:
- Avatar with initials
- Full name and position
- Email and phone (with icons)
- Tags (click to add or remove)
- Edit and Delete buttons
Info card:
- All contact fields (first name, last name, email, phone, position, company)
- Custom fields (if configured by your admin)
- Created date
The detail page has 5 tabs:
Activities
Section titled “Activities”View and create activities linked to this contact.
- Click + New Activity to log a call, email, meeting, task, or note
- See all past activities with type, subject, date, and status
- Complete activities by checking the checkbox
- When you complete an activity, a Schedule Follow-up prompt appears
Add and view text notes about this contact.
- Type a note in the editor and click Save
- Notes appear in reverse chronological order (newest first)
- You can edit or delete your own notes
- Admins and Owners can delete any note
View all deals linked to this contact.
- See deal title, stage, value, and close date
- Click a deal to navigate to its detail page
Upload and manage files attached to this contact.
- Click + Upload to attach a file
- Supported formats: images, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, CSV, ZIP
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Download or delete files from the list
Emails
Section titled “Emails”View synced emails involving this contact (requires email sync).
- See email threads with subject, sender, date
- Click an email to expand and read the full content
- Click Compose to write a new email
- Click Reply to respond to an email thread
Manage tags
Section titled “Manage tags”Click on the tags area in the header to:
- Add existing tags (select from dropdown)
- Remove tags (click the X on a tag)
Tags are managed by your admin in Settings > Tags.
Custom fields
Section titled “Custom fields”If your admin has defined custom fields for contacts, they appear below the standard fields in the info card. Custom fields can be of type: text, number, date, boolean, or single-select dropdown.
