Logging Activities
Activity types
Section titled “Activity types”Bobby CRM supports 5 activity types:

Create an activity
Section titled “Create an activity”You can create activities from two places:
From the Activities page:
- Go to Activities in the sidebar
- Click + New Activity
From an entity detail page:
- Open a contact, company, or deal
- Go to the Activities tab
- Click + New Activity
Activity form fields:
- Activity Type — select: Call, Email, Meeting, Task, Note
- Subject (required) — short description
- Description — longer details (optional)
- Due Date — when this should happen (optional)
- Assigned To — team member responsible (optional)
- Contact — link to a contact (optional)
- Deal — link to a deal (optional)
- Company — link to a company (optional)
Activities list
Section titled “Activities list”The global activities page shows all activities in a table:
- Type — icon indicating call, email, meeting, task, or note
- Subject
- Linked To — the contact, deal, or company this relates to
- Due Date — shown in red if overdue
- Status — badge: Open (blue), Completed (green), or Overdue (red)
- Author — who created the activity
- Created At
Filter activities
Section titled “Filter activities”Use the dropdown filters above the table:
- Type — All, Call, Email, Meeting, Task, Note
- Status — All, Open, Completed
Complete an activity
Section titled “Complete an activity”Click the checkbox next to an activity to mark it as completed.
When you complete an activity, a Schedule Follow-up modal automatically appears after a brief delay. You can:
- Schedule a follow-up activity (pre-linked to the same contact/deal)
- Dismiss the modal if no follow-up is needed
Activity indicators on deals
Section titled “Activity indicators on deals”On the Kanban board, each deal card shows a colored dot indicating activity status:
- Green dot — you have an activity due today
- Grey dot — you have an upcoming scheduled activity
- Red dot — you have an overdue activity
- No dot — no scheduled activities for this deal
