Every user gets their own unique BCC email address. No setup required — it works out of the box.

What is BCC email logging?

BCC email logging is the simplest way to capture email conversations in your CRM. When you send an email to a client, just add your unique BCC address, and Bobby CRM automatically creates an email activity linked to the matching contact.

Find your BCC address

1. Go to Settings > BCC Email
2. Your unique address is displayed: u-[hash]@bcc.bobby.app
3. Click the Copy button to copy it to your clipboard

How to use it

1. Compose an email in your email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.)
2. Add the recipient in the To field as usual
3. Add your BCC address in the BCC field
4. Send the email

Bobby CRM will:

• Receive a copy of the email
• Match the recipient’s email address against your contacts
• Create an email activity linked to the matching contact
• If no matching contact is found, the activity is created unlinked (you can manually link it later)

BCC vs full email sync

BCC email logging is a lightweight alternative to full email sync. Here’s when to use each:
